Statement:

The artist works in the technique of Japanese ink painting -sumi-e. Born in 1974 in the city of Nalchik in Kabardino -Balkaria. He is a member of the Regional Creative Union  of Artists of Japanese painting Sumi-e (Russia)

Since 2011 studies the technique sumi-e under the direction of artist Alexandra Vasilyeva (Member of the International Association of calligraphy and ink painting. Tokyo, Japan. The deputy chairman of the Moscow branch of the Society «Russia-Japan» for the cultural work);

Since 2014 being trained under the guidance of Japanese masters Mitie Takedzava (Member of the Executive Board of the National Academy of ink painting and the International Council of painting sumi-e) and Ikke Kitazawa (Vice-President of the National Academy of ink painting).

In 2015, he graduated from a three-year courses of painting sumi-e in the cultural and business center <Japan House> and got one's own seal and the art pseudonym <ko-va> - <The man who makes himself a higher, better>.

In his work combines the tradition of Japanese and Russian paintings.
